Altru Health System in Grand Forks provides geriatric care services and connects families dealing with memory-related conditions to appropriate specialists and community resources.

Spirit Lake Nation’s Senior Services program provides culturally rooted care for elders, including caregiver support, case management, home health, and nutrition programs.

North Dakota 211 is a statewide information and referral service that connects residents to respite care, adult day programs, caregiver support, and dementia-related services by phone.
